By accessing or using Fellowday, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Fellowday. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement.
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Fellowday a limited, non-exclusive licence to display your content to other users within the app for the duration the post is active. You are solely responsible for the content you share.
Brand tags on a post (identifying the maker of a garment shown) are added by the user and not verified by Fellowday. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any brand you tag, and tagging a brand falsely or maliciously is a violation of Section 4 (Prohibited Conduct). To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fellowday makes no representation as to whether a tagged brand is correct.
You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You may not impersonate others, post spam, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app or its systems.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies. Reports from users are reviewed within 24 hours.
The Fellowday name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Fellowday. You may not use them without prior written permission.
Fellowday is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fellowday shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You agree to indemnify and hold Fellowday harmless from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, including any brand you tag, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of a third party's rights. If you believe your trademark or brand has been misused on Fellowday, contact us at admin@fellowday.com and we will review and act on it, consistent with Section 5.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Fellowday after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Fellowday operates.
