You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Fellowday a limited, non-exclusive licence to display your content to other users within the app for the duration the post is active. You are solely responsible for the content you share.
You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You may not impersonate others, post spam, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app or its systems.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies. Reports from users are reviewed within 24 hours.
The Fellowday name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Fellowday. You may not use them without prior written permission.
Fellowday is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fellowday shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Fellowday after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Fellowday operates.
